Who We Are
Since 2011, our clients have built about 4,000,000 GBP worth of our designs...

Since November 2010 Chrysalis Design has been offering a bespoke architectural service to private clients in the Guildford area, specialising in smaller domestic extension and refurbishment projects. As our portfolio of completed projects grows, we are earning a reputation for intelligent solutions to design problems, combined with efficient, customer focused service. We care about the product and the process, but in the end buildings are for people, and this aspect of the work is the most rewarding. We want to deliver in the real world, and believe that all architectural theories and pretences ring hollow if they do not translate into physical evidence in, on or over the ground. Great Britain is one of the world’s most difficult countries to build in. The land shortage is acute and the planning system extremely restrictive. In this hostile development policy environment, can you afford not to use gifted designers with proven project delivery skills, along with an ability to work with local government departments to achieve our client’s goals time and again?
